The new year got off to a fine start at the Lodge of Harmony when candidate Tyron Ross was initiated as an entered apprentice freemason.
The moving ceremony was conducted by Worshipful Master Brother Paul White, assisted by a range of officers who played their part in making it an occasion to remember.
Tyron a former airline cabin manager, is the first candidate to be initiated for a few months, but is set to be followed by two more this spring. The ceremony was followed by the usual enjoyable dinner in the Lodge.
